AMR Hawaii Homeschoolers is a group for those families home-educating (or learning about homeschooling) grades K-12 on or near the AMR community and their homeschooling friends. This group is not intended for students doing distance learning at their local public school.

Statewide non profit organization whose mission is to promote, protect and provide support to homeschoolers in Hawaii. Resources to help families begin and continue their homeschool journey. CHOH serves as a liaison with local and national organizations including the DOE.

Our purpose is to encourage discussion & fellowship among Christ-centered families on Oahu and all the islands of Hawaii. Feel free to create events, spark conversation, and offer advice.

As a first-time homeschooling mama of two preschool aged children (4 and 5), connecting with other homeschooling mama’s with similarly aged children, and nearby has been heavy on my heart. My kids are very social & I want them to meet & make lifelong friends!

This is a group for those living in Hawaii and using the Easy Peasy All In One Homeschool Curriculum. This is meant to be a place where we can learn about our state homeschool laws, meet other local families, arrange outing, share ideas, ask for help and thrive as a community.

Hickam Homeschoolers is a homeschooling community for current and active homeschoolers with access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH). The primary focus of the group is connecting with other homeschooling families through events and gatherings.

Home Educated Keiki is a group for Ohana with home educated keiki of ALL ages, on the Westside of Oahu (Waipahu to Waianae). We welcome Ohana from all over the island of Oahu, but note that most activities will be on this side of the island.

Welcome to this inclusive group for home educated keiki and ohana living in the Windward side of Oahu. Events will take place on the Windward side but the group is open to all Oahu families.

A group for Home Educated Tweens and Teens LIVING and ALREADY being Home Educated or through here in OAHU!

Homeschoolers of Older Children, Oahu was created in 2013 for families living on Oahu who are homeschooling children aged 9 and up. This group exists to provide support, encouragement, and community for one another.

This group is based in Kaneohe/Kailua but all Oahu residents are welcome to join. A large portion of our members are military families. Military Homeschoolers of Oahu is a homeschooling community focused on organizing events and get-togethers for *CURRENT* homeschoolers on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. MHO is a positive and supportive community for our entire military family. We embrace and respect all beliefs and life experiences. The mission of MHO is to provide a community for military connected families.

This group is meant for connection with caregivers of young children for forest play meet-ups. It grew out of the Free Forest School Facebook group. This Facebook group is meant to share dates of meet-ups and relevant information, a forum to communicate with other members of the group, and to share nature-play and local parks information.

Oahu Homeschool Communities, Resources, and Services is academic and enrichment focused group for homeschoolers. The purpose of this group is to provide a place for homeschoolers to connect with coops, communities, and service providers to enrich their homeschool.

Military base access is not required, but this group is military-centric and activities, co-ops, resources, etc. are likely to be primarily on base and military-connected.

This is a group for wild home schoolers anywhere on the island of Oʻahu. This is an exploration nature-based group with a very high chance that the kids will get muddy, wet, dirty and a little wild.
