CHOH PHOTO CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Theme: God' Creation
• Age Groups:
• 13 years old and younger
• 14-18 years old
• Must have been home educated this past year and receiving more than half of their current education at home
• Entry Fee:
• CHOH subscribers $5 per entry
• Non subscribers $10 per entry
• Multiple entries per student allowed; one entry form per photo
• Prizes (for each age group):
• 1^st place $50
• 2^nd place $35
• 3^rd place $25
• Photographs will not be returned
• Winners need not be present at the 2014 CHOH Conference to enter the contest
• Deadline: postmarked by February 15, 2014
• CHOH Board will judge the entries; winners will be announced at conference on Friday evening.
• Winning photos will be displayed at the CHOH Conference.
